Plantar fasciitis

Plantar fasciitis is an overuse condition of the foot causing disorganization and irritation of the plantar surface. It results from improper forces to the foot.

Fallen arches can be a critical factor, as can wearing improper footwear.
But one of the most common causes of the condition is tight calf muscles.
Anyone who has suffered with this condition will tell you the discomfort is felt greatest when getting out of bed in the morning.
That intense pain is normally reduced after hobbling around for several minutes as the calf muscle eventually warm up.
In my treatment of plantar pain i always focus on reducing muscle tautness in the calf muscles and to the plantar surface of the feet.
I can help reduce your discomfort from this
It is important to have Plantar Fasciitis treated in its early stages, before it becomes a chronic
